As collaborative partners in a construction project, our reliance on each other's commitment is crucial. We've enhanced this mutual reliance by carefully selecting and understanding our Trade Partners through a pre-qualification process. By thoroughly assessing our trade partners' experience, capacity, safety track record, and financial stability (kept confidential by our analysts), we aim to bring on board like-minded, highly skilled professionals for our projects. This fosters a shared assurance among all partners involved, knowing that their counterparts are dependable and resilient businesses.

Our Pre-Qualification process conducts a comprehensive assessment, encompassing key factors such as:

  • PROJECT CAPACITY: Ensuring compatibility with project scope and complexity.

  • WORKFORCE SIZE: Evaluating the workforce required to meet project demands.

  • SURETY & INSURANCE: Verifying coverage for potential project contingencies.

  • BACKLOG ANALYSIS: Assessing current workload to ensure project commitment.

  • SAFETY PERFORMANCE & FINANCIAL EVALUATION: Benchmarked against industry peers.

  • PAST PERFORMANCE: Reviewing prior collaborations with Clark Builders.

Safety Prequalification

Picking the right Partners to work with requires due diligence and at Clark Builders we are committed to determining if potential Trade Partners possess dependable and skilled workforce, strong management, financial stability, and can perform quality work that conforms with our safety standards. In support of this and our goal of establishing mutually beneficial partnerships, we implemented a Trade Partner prequalification process.
