Southview Alliance Church: A Collaborative and Community-Driven Construction Project.
The Southview Alliance Church project involved the construction of a modern church facility comprising of a spacious worship center that can comfortably seat up to 650 people, a secondary chapel with breathtaking architecture, a versatile multi-purpose room, and an administration office. The property was fully landscaped to create a serene and welcoming environment for all visitors and includes ample parking for up to 500 vehicles. Limestone was used on the exterior and throughout the interior of the church building, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The church is seen by its parishioners as not a building; it is the people who gather and journey together. It is also a tool for accomplishing ministry and for teaching. To that end, the design of the facility symbolizes and communicates who they are and what they believe to their congregation and the community around them.
Throughout the project's development, the community was at the forefront of the project's design. Monthly updates and meetings ensured that the client representative was fully engaged and informed throughout the entire project. As a result, the Southview Alliance Church project is a true testament to the power of collaboration and community-driven design and construction.
