We've enhanced this mutual reliance by carefully selecting and understanding our Trade Partners through a pre-qualification process. By thoroughly assessing our trade partners' experience, capacity, safety track record, and financial stability (kept confidential by our analysts), we aim to bring on board like-minded, highly skilled professionals for our projects. This fosters a shared assurance among all partners involved, knowing that their counterparts are dependable and resilient businesses.

Our Pre-Qualification process conducts a comprehensive assessment, encompassing key factors such as:

  • SURETY & INSURANCE: Verifying coverage for potential project contingencies.

Safety Prequalification

Picking the right Partners to work with requires due diligence and at Clark Builders we are committed to determining if potential Trade Partners possess dependable and skilled workforce, strong management, financial stability, and can perform quality work that conforms with our safety standards. In support of this and our goal of establishing mutually beneficial partnerships, we implemented a Trade Partner prequalification process. Trade Partners are invited to begin the prequalification process by completing the form below and getting in touch with us.

Clark Builders is partnered with COMPASS, an industry-standard web-based platform, for an efficient and secure prequalification process. Using COMPASS not only streamlines your prequalification process with Clark Builders, it also:

  • Provides access to a standardized and widely accepted qualification form.
  • Ranks and scores companies (like yours!) for increased visibility with General Contractors, like Clark Builders.
  • Complies with the highest data security standards (SOC 2).
Includes you on the COMPASS Select lists for preferred subcontractors. All qualification requests must be submitted through COMPASS—please ensure you are registered, and we look forward to getting in touch!
