Shell Albian Sands Administrative Building

The Shell Albian Sands Administrative Building was a fast tracked, design-build workforce accommodation project designed for 2,500 people. The 115,000 square foot, multi-use facility has the capacity to seat 900 people at a time in the dining hall and features extensive fitness and recreational amenities. The main floor of the facility includes a gymnasium, running track, squash and racquetball courts, and a fitness area; on the second floor, camp workers can enjoy a lounge, golf simulators, reading and IT lounges, and a lecture hall.
