Aon Service Tenant Improvement

Clark Builders successfully delivered an expansive tenant improvement program on the 18th floor of Eau Claire Tower to accommodate new tenant, AON Service Corporation, and their 180 Calgary-based staff.
The client’s goal was to “create a high energy work environment that energizes and empowers staff.” As an extension of this vision, open-plan workstations and adaptable, flexible spaces were leveraged to maximize the staff experience. Large windows and natural light accentuate the new space, which also features modern finishes throughout. Key architectural design elements include custom wall wrap graphics, corporate-themed colour accents, and, most prominently, a wood panel feature wall throughout the lobby, reception, and staff break room areas.

This tenant improvement program was delivered on an accelerated timeline. While initially slated for completion in twelve weeks, Clark Builders’ Special Projects team delivered in eight weeks. To achieve this, proper communication, and collaboration with the client representative, sub-trades and site team were vital, as well as transparency with the client about specific design processes that allowed us to exercise our construction management experience and provide desired results.
