In partnership with the Realtors Association of Edmonton, Clark Builders skillfully executed a comprehensive renovation of their 12,600 square foot office space within an ambitious three-month timeframe. During the preconstruction phase, the team provided budget pricing during design and made recommendations to the project schedule. The project scope included intricate mechanical and electrical work, high-quality flooring, custom millwork, and detailed painting and tiling.

The transformed space now boasts a large multi-purpose room, several meeting rooms, open collaboration areas, individual offices, open-concept workspaces, and a spacious kitchen area designed for collaboration and impromptu meetings.
