WOW Lighting and Controls

Clark Builders delivered an extensive interior tenant improvement program within an existing commercial building to accommodate the new tenant, WOW Lighting & Controls. The renovated space houses WOW’s new lighting fixture showroom and demonstration space on the main floor and administrative offices for staff on the second floor.

To accommodate the needs of the fixture showroom, 2,000 square feet of new raised flooring was installed throughout the main floor to allow for wiring to run throughout the space. Additionally, a key design feature that carries throughout the space is custom lighting features in both the ceilings and walls.

Templates and mock-ups were used before the final installation to ensure proper layout for framing and fixture locations.
