Following the successful completion and delivery of High Plains Buildings 1 and 2, we were honoured to be selected to build another distribution centre in the High Plains Industrial Park in Balzac. High Plains Building 3 involved the construction of an 'A' Class dual-load distribution center facility, strategically located just north of the Calgary city limits.
The facility boasts an impressive 410,000 square feet of warehouse space on a spacious 23-acre site, making it one of the largest and most advanced distribution centers in the area. Our team worked tirelessly to ensure that the project was executed with precision and care, using only the highest quality materials and equipment.
The facility features 100 loading dock doors, providing efficiency while loading and unloading products. Additionally, there are 154 trailer parking stalls, providing ample space for large trucks to maneuver and park on-site. The building envelope is made up of precast concrete, glazing, and an EPDM roof, providing a durable and long-lasting structure that can withstand even the harshest weather conditions.
In the end, our team successfully delivered a top-of-the-line warehouse space that exceeded our client's expectations. We are proud to have played a pivotal role in the construction of this impressive facility and look forward to future similar opportunities to serve our clients with excellence.
